Strength Club at Reach Fitness Earlsfield is our 6 week Strength course for guys & girls looking to get mobile and focus on building athletic performance and full body strength in a small group training environment.

From compound barbell work including Front Squats & Deadlifts to gymnastic body weight calisthenics and animal flow strength drills that will build strength from the inside out, you will learn new skills and have your individual progress tracked throughout.

This course includes 6 intense training sessions, limited to just 8 people for great levels of coaching and individual exercise progressions for just £96.
