About Richard Tidmarsh
Richard Tidmarsh launched the brand 'Reach Fitness' in 2005 and has since worked worldwide and is recognised as one of the leading voices in the UK's Fitness Community. Opening 'Reach Fitness London' in 2011 as one of the first independent group training facilities in the capital, Rich & the brand 'Reach' is now supported by leading international firms including Under Armour, Optimum Nutrition and Bulletproof Coffee.
Following on from a degree at Loughborough University, an elite level rugby career and time working with athletes at Reebok, Rich launched the 'Reach' brand and in creating his unique gym space and training ethic has built up a national and international client base that has included England Rugby International James Haskell, UFC Fighter Jimi Manuwa & GB Beach Volleyball players Jody Gooding and Gregg Weaver alongside a host of professional athletes and famous faces in the world of Music & TV.
Rich is a Fitness Ambassador for England Rugby's O2 Touch Programme has had a book published in partnership with Men's Fitness Magazine, appears monthly in the leading publication Men's Health Magazine and has been featured in Womens Health UK, Ultra Fit Magazine, Muscle & Fitness, & Sport Magazine throughout the years.
